Services & pricing

InSeven Studio provides website design & development, website fixes, and business automation services. All projects are quoted at a flat price agreed in writing (email) before work begins. Typical packages: Starter ($950, up to 3 pages), Standard ($1,500, up to 7 pages), Advanced (from $2,500, e-commerce/custom integrations), Fix My Site (from $300 flat), Automate the Busywork (from $600 flat).

Payment

• 50% deposit is required before work starts. The remaining 50% is due on final approval, before launch.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Invoices are sent by email and identify the project.
• Every project is covered by a written Client Services Agreement (sent with the quote). Work begins only after both the signed agreement and the deposit are received. Paying a deposit holds your slot but does not by itself start the project.

Deposits & refunds

• Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins.
• Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable: they cover time, scheduling, and custom work performed on your project.
• Money-back guarantee: if you don't like the first design draft, we refund your deposit in full within 7 days of delivering it.
• If a deposit is paid but the agreement is not signed within 14 days, we refund the deposit and close the file.

Disputes & chargebacks

• We resolve issues directly and fairly. If something's wrong, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 2 business days.
• Please contact us before filing a payment dispute — we will not fight a legitimate refund request.
• Chargebacks for services actually rendered are not a substitute for this refund process. If a dispute is filed, work pauses while it resolves, and we provide the payment provider with the signed agreement, the written quote, the email record, and the delivered work as evidence.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, images, and content within a reasonable time. Timeline starts when deposit and materials are received.
• Content (text, logos, photos) you provide must be yours to use.

Revisions & scope

• Website packages include two rounds of revision. Additional rounds or pages beyond scope are quoted separately.
• We deliver what was agreed in the written quote; work outside that scope is billed at a new flat quote before starting.

Ownership & handover

On final payment, you own the delivered website design and code outright. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Services are provided on a best-efforts professional basis. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and we make no guarantees of specific business results (including search rankings or sales).
